Physical Media Deserves Better – A Rant About The Darkness CD Tour Edition

This is a bit of a rant — and I hope you’ll understand why.
I loved the new Darkness album Dreams On Toast and gave the vinyl a glowing review. So, I was excited to grab the “Tour Edition” CD — but what I received was one of the worst-presented physical releases I’ve seen for a ling time.

No booklet. No proper case. No credits. No value. It looked like a freebie from a 90s newspaper.

As someone who champions physical media, this was deeply disappointing. We music fans care — and we’ll pay for quality. But this isn’t it.
