It may not have been the smoothest or most uncontroversial farewell tour ever put together, but Oceano‘s final run of live shows is getting more dates in America and Australia before it’s all said and done.
According to social media posts from the band, the first leg of U.S. dates will include Rose Funeral, Filth, Larcenia Roe, and Inferious. The second leg of U.S. dates will features I Declare War, Larcenia Roe, and Crucifiction. As for the Australian run of shows, Oceano announced they’ll only be playing songs from Depths and Contagion with the classic lineup, featuring Nick Conser on guitar and Jason Jones on bass.
Oceano opted to call it quits late last year after getting blown the fuck up online for their involvement in a tour with Attila and Dealer. Fans were unhappy with the fact that both Attila and Dealer had members with sexual misconduct allegations attached to their names over the years. Then there was the controversy regarding stolen artwork to promote the tour that caused See You Next Tuesday to drop off the bill. It’s all just been one big mess after another.
