Remember that time back in 2022 when novelty cover act Brass Against‘s frontwoman Sophia Urista pissed on a fan’s face on stage in front of thousands? What a wild story. Thankfully, no urine was spilled in the recording or filming of their cover of Faith No More’s iconic track “Epic.”
Well, no piss was spilled that we can tell, anyways…
It’s about as good a bit of Faith No More news as we’re going to get these days, as it seems like the band’s on permanent hiatus after how everything went down between the band and Mike Patton. Which is a real shame, because they were such an awesome act to catch live all those years ago.
Still, check out this cover. It’s pretty damn good and that ending piano part is redone with brass instruments incredibly well.
