Vans Warped Tour is a traveling music festival that visits the United States and United Kingdom. It was founded by Kevin Lyman. Lyman explained the tour’s name to Billboard: The name “Warped” came from a magazine that was put out by TransWorld Publications, and I put on a lot of their [skating] events.
In the United States, works of commentary, criticism, research, teaching, or news reporting may be considered fair use.
